Xerox (XRX) is disappearing into the maws of Fujifilm Holdings (4091JP), in which Xerox holders will get a special dividend of $9.80 per share, and 49.9% of the new entity. Xerox said the combination will produce "a global leader in innovative print technologies and intelligent work solutions, with annual revenues of $18 billion and leadership positions in key geographic regions."
Xerox shares are up $2.44, or almost 8%, at $35.12.
