Trying to figure out the new 3X ETF day trading requirements...
So the requirement is if you boy 5k you need to have 15k in a cash account?
Then that 15k is tied up for 4 days or only the original 5k?

I Think it means if want to buy $10k of a 3X on margin you need $7,500 cash in your account vs $2,500 for non-leveraged securities.
Someone please correct if this is incorrect
